VK Jewellery London customers can return their items within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept return of earrings because of hygiene reasons. 

In return procedures you have to contact our support team at contact@vkjewellerylondon.co.uk in order for us to process your request and collect the details we require. You have to provide proof of purchase and tracked delivery. 

The item(s) need to be send back unworn with the original packaging and certificate. As the recipient, VK Jewellery London, does not take any responsibility in the transit and the customers need to bear the costs of the returning items.
